Lucille Bidault, operating under the trade name Chabadamy, sole proprietorship (auto-entrepreneur), registered under SIRET 789 252 384 00027, with its registered office at 3 rue moisson, 21530 Rouvray, is organizing a free game with no purchase obligation entitled "Chabadamy Scratch Card", hereinafter referred to as "the Game".
The Game runs from December 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027. Tickets distributed after this date, or presented after this date, will not entitle the holder to a prize.
Participation in the Game is free and requires no purchase. It is open to any adult individual, excluding the organizer and members of their immediate family.
Each participant receives a physical scratch card, distributed by the organizer according to their chosen methods (events, trade fairs, hand delivery, etc.). A QR code on the ticket links to these rules, which can be consulted at any time on the chabadamy.fr website.
Only one ticket is allocated per person, unless otherwise specified by the organizer at the time of distribution.
The Game offers the following prizes, randomly distributed across all tickets in circulation:

Each winning ticket reveals a unique code, to be used directly on the chabadamy.fr website when booking online, or communicated by phone at 06 22 92 83 56 for assisted booking.
Discount codes and vouchers are valid until [expiration date]. Only one code can be used per booking, and cannot be combined with any other ongoing offer, discount, or promotional code.
The 5 two-day stays offered are valid for a maximum of 2 people, in the chalet chosen according to availability at the time of booking, excluding peak periods from May 1 to September 15. Their value (€400) cannot give rise to a partial refund if the stay actually booked is of a lower value.
Prizes are neither exchangeable, refundable, transferable to a third party, nor convertible into cash.
The organizer cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft, damage, or falsification of a ticket. A damaged ticket rendering the scratch area unreadable or allowing suspicion of fraud will not be eligible for a prize.
When using a prize, the information necessary for booking (name, email, phone number) will be collected in accordance with Chabadamy's privacy policy, available on the website. This data is used solely for the purpose of managing the booking and is not shared with third parties.
Any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of these rules must be addressed in writing to chabadamy@gmail.com. These rules are governed by French law.
Participation in the Game implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.
